Hi my name is Sean and Welcome to Sunshine of the Soul I created this website a few years back but at the time was unable to figure out what I wanted to do with it
So it has sat here waiting for the day when I became inspired.
I began my spiritual journey about eight years ago, growing up I had a lot of fears and sad to say I let them control me most my life, you name it and I was most likely afraid of it.
What most people could do with ease on a daily basis like pay for things, or even answering the phone I was to afraid to do, I would have rather starved then had to buy my own food.
I had always been interested in aromatherapy, astrology, crystals, feng shui, and tarot cards although I would never have called myself an expert.
It wasn't until I met my friend who taught me about meditation, that I really began to grow mentally and spiritually.
Through meditation I was able to start seeing the things in my life that I really needed to work on and one of those things being my fears.
One by one as I started overcoming my fears I began to see new things in my life I needed to work on come to the surface.
Its been a never ending story but in a way it can be fun as well, just knowing that you are overcoming old habits, old ways of thinking you begin to see how life is very beautiful, you see the joy and happiness in everything you do.
After a few years, my next step was wanting to work on Sunshine of the Soul, I was still not sure as what to do with it, but I decided to become still and let my spirit guide me, as I did that the ideas just seemed to flow and Sunshine of the Soul was born.
One thing I notice about so many websites is the lack of organization you don't know where to look or what to click on but ever since I could remember I liked things to be organized.
I wanted to create a website that would reflect just that, clean simple and designed in a way that it was easy to find what you were looking for and I hope I did just that.
